This is where you will come to complete your intersession assignments and prepare for upcoming Equity Teams (E-Teams) seminars. Participation is crucial to your personal development and the growth and strengthening of your Equity Team. The activities here are provided to further your knowledge of the topics discussed and provide professional learning to shift the culture of your school district toward embracing racial equity and systemic equity transformation.
Each seminar builds upon the prior seminar, which requires that you complete intersession assignments PRIOR to the upcoming seminar so that you are able to fully participate. (You will always be able to find intersession assignments within the courses AND on the "Navigation" tool bar on the left.)
Participants will use E-Teams online courses to access all intersession assignments. The E-Teams seminar courses coincide with the upcoming seminar. For example, prior to attending E-Teams Seminar 2, participants will be expected to have worked through assignments in the E-Teams Seminar 2 course online.
As you navigate the course, you will find the articles and resources for you to download and use. This information can also be found in the Library and Resource section.
